Tenancy Application Form

This must be completed by each person over the age of 17, signed and returned to us with the necessary fees and proof of Identity AND Residence. EG. Your original passport and driving license (both paper and photo part). Other documents for proof of residence that are acceptable include recent utilty bills, bank or credit card statements but no older than 3 months

The form can be completed and emailed back by pressing the SUBMIT BY EMAIL button at the end of the application form. You are advised to print a copy of the application for your records.

Please note that application will not be processed until such time as application fees have been received. For details of the fees, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01642 885511.

IMPORTANT :- Please note that you should only use the 'EMAIL' button on the application form if you use programs such as 'Microsoft Outlook' or 'Windows Mail' for your email.  Please remember to then press 'send/receive'  in Outlook/Windows Mail to send to our office from . 

If you use Gmail/ Yahoo Mail etc, to collect your emails,then you should complete the application form and then save it. You should then send the completed form as an attachment to: apps@jones-ea.co.uk
